Welcome to the Growables online children's boutique where we have designed clothes that grow...because your kids do!! We have created a unique line of children's clothing that adjust and expand to fit a child throughout an entire year and are reversible to provide multiple outfits! Below are the Terms and Conditions for using our online store. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience!

General Information

CUSTOMER SERVICE: We strive to provide excellent customer service and your feedback is important to us. For the quickest response, please contact us through our online form and we will respond as quickly as possible. We would be happy to help you with sizing or other concerns.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY: Most of our items are custom-made when you place your order. In some cases, we may have available inventory as indicated by the sizes shown in the drop-down menus for each item. If you do not find the size you need in the drop-down menu, please contact us because we may have that item backordered and can notify you when it becomes available.

The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but availability information is subject to change without notice. We do not process your payment until after we have verified that the item you ordered is available and ready to be shipped. If for some reason the item is not available, we will notify you via e-mail. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we ship and bill your order.

PRICING: We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained on our website or catalogs. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.

SALES TAX: Since we are a Virginia-based business, we must add 5% sales tax on all orders shipped within Virginia.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY: If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to join our mailing list. Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order - if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

SECURE PAYMENT: You can safely enter your credit card number when placing your order on our site. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer or SSL protocol that works encrypts the transmitted data in a way that makes it virtually impossible for anyone to decode. During the ordering process, you will be transferred to a secure server before entering any of your payment information. And your credit card information is stored on a separate server from our website, providing even greater security.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

PRIVACY POLICY: Your privacy and security is of utmost importance to us. Any information you provide to us during ordering or in contacting us will only be used by our company. We store this information and use it to respond to your requests, process your orders and to communicate with you, as well as to improve our products. We do not share or sell our mailing list or customer information.

SHIPPING: Most of our items are custom-made upon ordering, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of these items. For in-stock inventory, orders ship within three (3) business days. The following shipping rates via either USPS or UPS apply only within the United States (orders over $150 receive FREE ground delivery):

RETURN POLICY: Purchases or gifts may be returned within 10 days of the day you receive the order. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order and items returned must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging to receive a complete refund. We will credit the card used for the original purchase for the original price minus shipping charges. Any returns made after 10 days may be given store credit at our discretion.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online - we'll process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your return.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return to:

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

COPYRIGHT: Content generated by Growables, such as text, web pages and e-mail communications, banner advertisements, graphics, photography, logos, button icons, images, video, audio clips and software, is the property of Growables LLC, and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content in our website and catalogs is the exclusive property of Growables and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may use the content as a shopping and information resource only. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of our content or software is strictly prohibited.

RESTRICTIONS: No portion of our website may be duplicated, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent from Growables LLC. This includes use of our product descriptions, logo, trademark, or other content. Restricted, nonexclusive, and rescindable rights to create a hyperlink to our homepage is permissible so long as the link does not portray Growables or our products or in a derogatory, false, or misleading manner.
